Adults should sleep for seven or more hours every night. Restless sleep, waking for bathroom breaks, attending to a child, partner or pet may affect the quality of your sleep.

Exercise regularly and reduce the intake of caffeine and alcohol to sleep better.

Sleep apnea is a common disorder where your breathing is interrupted while you are sleeping.
In this case you should consult a sleep expert. Untreated sleep apnea can lead to high blood pressure, diabetes and risk of stroke and heart attack.
Consulting a sleep expert may reveal the underlying cause of your fatigue and tiredness. Self medication and consulting Google should be avoided in this regard.
