Testicular cancer is of two types- classical seminoma which affects males of 25 to 45 years and spermatolytic seminoma, which affects older males.
A lump or swelling in the testicles or scrotum is a warning sign. One should watch out for fluid build-up in the scrotum too.
A light pain in the lower abdomen or groin or testicular atrophy is also a warning sign.
